Drs. Rankin and Ingersoll have taken the art of management and applied it to health care. This book has a target audience of athletic trainers but it is approproiate for any health care facility. Never received the book
I never received the book and I was never notified that I was not going to receive it. The user from whome I bought the book from was chanw11. If you are looking to buy a book, I strongly suggest to not purchase anything from that person. They never responded to an email that I sent them and never notified me of when/if they were going to send it. The only way I found out...

If you are looking to buy a book, I strongly suggest to not purchase anything from that person. They never responded to an email that I sent them and never notified me of when/if they were going to send it. The only way I found out I was not going to receive the book was when my monthly credit card statement came in and noticed I received a credit from amazon.com.
