The Atkins Sweet & Salty Almond Crunch Bars are a good tasting, diabetic friendly low carb snack choice. They are fairly dry, not very sweet, and some might find them a bit too salty. They do make me very thirsty so I make sure not eat these without having a diet soda in hand. These are also surprisingly filling, which is a very good thing in a snack bar!

These bars have 180 Calories (120 from fat), 220mg of salt (a whooping 9% of your daily allotment), 7g of protein, and 4g of Net Carbs (15g Total - 5g Fiber - 6g Sugar Alcohol). It is worth noting that Maltitol (which can cause "gastric distress" in some people) is used as one of the sweeteners.

These are soooo good, crunchy, sweet and salty,,, They help me "behave" on Atkins.

These are my favorite - kind of like a Payday, but crunchier. They don't have any fake sweetener taste, and just by eating it, you would not know it is a low-carb bar. Good job Atkins!

I was on the Atkins diet so figured I give these bars a try. They were a little too salty for my taste. I did eat four of them before I gave them away to my brother. He liked them.

I love these but when they arrived the package only contained 11 bars not 12 as stated on the package.

Lots of nuts and lots of crunch. A little more pricey but if you like a nutty treat, it's worth it.

I love these because they aren't too sweet, they're satisfying and low in carbs. I wish I could figure out how to make them, myself.
