I bought this stand on a whim after purchasing the Atlantic Gaming Desk from Walmart, as it matches both the style and functionality of the desk, and wow, am I impressed.

First off, the stand has some great functionality. I cleaned half my closet worth of video game equipment in a matter of minutes after putting this thing together. Two guitar controllers, a headset, easily 12 games, six controllers, and two consoles. Oh, and that isn't even considering the 38" TV on top! Needless to say, this thing has great space for certain gaming equipment. The stand may be a bit wobbly (same as the desk, actually), but it is still quite stable. I haven't tried sitting on it or anything, but I haven't noticed any buckling, bending, warping, or the like after a couple of months of it holding absolutely everything but the kitchen sink. Assembly was a bit tough in certain parts, and there were some places were holes were drilled incorrectly, but this was not a challenge for me, since I have my own power tools. I was able to assemble this in about an hour on my own, and that is including the time taken to get it all out of the packaging. Overall, there aren't many deal-breakers about this stand.

I did notice a couple of drawbacks to the stand, but nothing terrible that would be worth knocking a star off for. First, do not purchase this to use with the newer generation consoles (in my case, Xbox One), as they will not fit on the stands horizontally (as far as I know, you aren't supposed to stand them up vertically). The stands are only a little over a foot wide, and can only hold consoles such as the PS3, Xbox 360, or Wii/WiiU, and do this quite well. I do wish there were a few more spots to store games (I have quite a few!), but the storage space is still adequate considering the space-saving design. The stand only extends a bit over a couple feet from the wall, and that is including the legs, so it is fantastic in the bedroom, but this could be a problem for large TV's. I wouldn't suggest putting TV's larger than 48" on the stand, as the base may not fit correctly, or it may exceed the weight requirements. Other than that, I'm fairly certain that any TV beneath that size would fit with some room left over (mostly on the sides).

I am very satisfied with this purchase, and would recommend it to a friend or relative looking for space for all of their gaming gear!

My son and I absolutely love the Atlantic Centipede Game Storage & Tv Stand! I bought this for my 11 year olds' room as he has limited space, the dimensions after set up are 1'3" wide, 2'7" long, 2'6" high. It was delivered in a very timely manner and came packaged well, with all the pieces snug inside, along with hardware and an easy set of instructions to follow. Only requires a phillips screw driver for assembly. It is VERY sturdy. Made of good solid wood and metal rods. Took me about 10 minutes to put it together with him. Light weight, as we built this down stairs and moved it upstairs. We have an older 27 inch box tv that we put on the stand and thought maybe it would rock a little, but this thing is so sturdy. Now all his gaming stuff is organized. We are so happy with this stand, that we will be purchasing a second one for his brothers bedroom. Keeps everything neat and takes up very little room. I would recommend this for any gamer or parents of a gamer. Doesn't hold many games, so if you have a lot, then you would want to purchase something else to store them on.

I bought this because I wanted to more efficiently game on my Xbox 360. It's FANTASTIC overall. Buy it. It's sturdy and perfectly designed. OTHER THAN: It doesn't fit the Xbox One. I was sad to see that...

I bought this for my sons Xbox 360 and plethora of games and Skylanders characters. Assembly is simple enough. My favorite part about it was the fact that all the little screws and bolts came packaged and labeled so were easy to find. The third shelf installation was a little tough for me so I had to have my hubby squeeze the legs in so I could screw in the screw. The X bar for the back and the straight bar for the bottom are in the same box as the shelves. I also noticed that it was made easier to have a short handled Phillips screwdriver as well as a long and even a crescent wrench to tighten up the little bolts that hold on the feet. This shelf is very sturdy. Its holding my sons 19" tv, an A/V switch, his satellite genie box, Xbox 360 standing vertical, his Skylanders portal, and 19 Skylanders, 4 controllers, and 15 games (one is laying flat on shelf). I will update after we have had it for awhile.

This is wonderful! It has a lot of support so it's very sturdy, and the setup was easy! It's got a ton of utility and the finish on the wood looks awesome. It fits my 32" screen perfectly. I would buy Atlantic products again. Will change to 5 stars if it doesn't break in 6 months.

I purchased this tv for a bedroom room. Its very nice, easy to put assemble. There are two down falls to this stand...
1. Height it sits pretty low, so it you want to watch tv in bed you cant without laying near an edge and looking downwards.
2. The older gaming systems or a dvr unit do not fit on the shelves.

We were worried this would be flimsy but reviews stating otherwise led us to go ahead and purchase. Arrived with all pieces and it easy to put together. It is definitely sturdy! It's holding an xbox and kinect, wii, multiple controllers, multple games, skylanders portal, more than 10 skylanders figures and a 32 inch flat screen. It is the PERFECT height for our son and definitely durable enough. It is also a nice (untacky) spacesaver in his small bedroom. Will definitely be recommending to others.

The stand comes in parts so you have to assemble it yourself, however it doesn't take very long and the directions are clear and specific. It definitely has room for t.v.'s up to 36" and multiple gaming platforms. It is very sturdy and durable, however my only problem with it is that it could have more room for games and movie storage, but other than that it was definitely worth the money, great for any xbox, playstation, wii gamer.

Bought this for my 32" tv and for my PS4. Easy to install and the ps4 fits perfect laying down as well as the ps3 on the botton shelf. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the screws where labeled incorrectly on the bag it came on so the #'s it was wanting me to use to where the wrong use due to being labeled wrong. Once I figured which ones go where, It was a piece a cake.

Not much to say about this stand. It does what is intended. Has some small spaces to hold your consoles or any other media, and the top shelf holds your TV. It holds the TV just fine, but it is very light so move with care when you're pulling and pushing plugs from your devices as any bit of force will make the stand start wobbling.
