About the Author

Noted New Jersey historian John t. Cunningham is the author of 39 books and 17 documentary films, including his Emmy-winning 1985 doucmentary Dreams of Distant Shores. Cunningham's co-author is Kenneth D. Cole, a researcher, editor, and writer on the staff of Drew University in Madison.
