Excellent Products, May 30, 2011
I bought two suitcases of Atlantic ETERNITY 2 EXPANDABLE , 29" and carry all upright, 16 years ago from Macy's and brought them with me during all my travels including more than 10 times international. So far nothing wrong with them except one interlocking coil zipper broken. I am looking for a 25" this time. Hope it has the same quality as the products 16-year ago (20 year warranty at that time).
Update: My family just came back from the trip of Europe. we brought three big suitcases with us and two cheap price ones were broken during the traveling. Both my Atlantic ETERNITY 2 EXPANDABLE , 29" and carry all upright are survival. This time, another interlocking coil zipper broken. Now I know it is not the product quality problem. Because I always lock the suitcases. It was broken by United States Customs for Luggage security checking.Now I need to fix the interlocking coil zipper and never lock my suitcase when I boarding the America airlines.
