Raylene Rankin (Cape Breton) has a voice in a million and it has helped propel her and her siblings, known collectively as The rankin Family, to international stardom. Lucy MacNeil (Cape Breton) and her brothers have travelled the world as The Barra MacNeils, bringing their strong Celtic roots to enthusiastic audiences for over two decades. Mae Moore (Prince Edward Island) now makes her home on Canada's West Coast but has never forgotten her ties to her island heritage. Rose Vaughan (Halifax) is a singer and songwriter of exceptional depth and sensitivity. With her trio she captivates and enchants. Patricia Murray (Prince Edward Island) is a relative newcomer to the East Coast scene but has already made her mark. Whether singing a Gaelic lullaby or a traditional ballad, she brings a unique touch and an infectious enthusiasm to the music. Delvina Bernard (Nova Scotia) is best known for her a capella group Four The Moment and her strong ties to an African-Nova Scotian heritage. Here she sings a song by PEI songwriter Lennie Gallant. Michele Pothier-AuCoin (Cheticamp, Cape Breton), with her husband Adrien, make up the duo Entourage whose combination of lively vocals and virtuoso instrumentals bring musical magic.
