This DVD tower by Atlantic holds 52 DVDs or Blu-Ray Disc DVDs in their cases. It is compact and although it's not exactly haute couture it's certainly no eyesore either. I use this rack to store DVDs and a couple of movies on Blu-Ray someone gave me without knowing I don't have Blu-Ray yet. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the way this inexpensive tower storage rack holds these DVDs and Blu-Rays.

Another wonderful feature of this DVD storage tower is that it can be stored just about anywhere, too--at roughly 3 ½ feet high this storage tower is compact while doing the job of storing your DVDs and Blu-Ray Discs in an orderly and presentable fashion.

The tower is constructed of very durable gunmetal. Gunmetal is not exactly high fashion but at this price it's tough to complain; and this storage tower should last you quite a while anyway.

I must say that the only negative thing I notice is that the DVD cases often slide to one side or the other as they rest in their slots in this storage tower. Unless you are rather careful the DVDs eventually look a bit disorderly; but this is a minor complaint and it may not bother you. In addition, I do have carpet but it's very short and flat so my storage tower doesn't topple over like some others have when placed on carpet. I would recommend that you place this on an uncarpeted floor unless you have a very short carpet like mine; with a short carpet this storage tower will probably stand straight without falling.

Overall, if you want an affordable, good quality way to store your DVDs and Blu-Ray Discs, this storage tower by Atlantic is the way to go. I highly recommend this for people with smaller DVD and Blu-Ray Disc collections.

I needed a rack to store my blu ray dvds since not all standard dvd racks can fit blu ray sized cases. I was looking for something economical, but sturdy and reliable as well. I have other Atlantic products and they produce good quality stuff. So for about $20 I bought this rack and I was not disappointed. As long as it is on a flat surface it will not wobble or fall.

Overall 5/5 and highly recommended if you have a moderate sized collection, if your collection keeps growing you can always buy a couple of these.

First off, let me give you some perspective. I bought this rack looking for a Blu-Ray rack. It does fine with DVD's (other than the slight stability issue).

For Blu-Rays, even though it says DVD/Blu-Ray on the box and in the description, this is not a good solution for me. I do not enjoy picking up Blu-Rays off the floor, and I ended up doing a lot of that with this product. The slots are just too big. Every time I touch it, the Blu-Rays move. Every time my dog brushes it with his tail, a movie falls out. The movies never line up correctly, either. I didn't feel like that would be an issue, but they look extremely unkempt because they will not line up with each other. I don't like that. DVD's sit in there fine, however.

Stability is an issue, however. I don't have carpet, and it is still a little wobbly. It never seems like it will tip over from light contact, but I could see my dog tipping it over. Also, every time you touch it, it wobbles back and forth like one of those Bobo dolls that pop back upright when you punch them. Gets on your nerves after a while.

This is a perfectly decent product for DVDs. For Blu-Ray, however, look elsewhere, like here... BluRay Nestable 42

I use this Rack for DVD's, Blu rays, and HD DVD's, Its a nice little rack I purchaced $15 for it at K-Mart, I like the Gun Metal color, but the problem I have the most with this thing is, My Blu rays Slides and fall, I should have gone along with the shelf like my dad said, but then again I wanted something small. Also Note: If you have kids watch out they can knock these over easy.

I got this as a gift from my parents because of my ever growing collection of DVDs and Blu Ray movies scattered all over the house. It works quite well and looks very stylish. The first time I tried placing it on carpet flooring and it wouldn't stand upright since it couldn't get a firm balance. All my movies would topple and fall and might hurt someone if it were to fall on them. However, after trying it on a flat surface like tiles or hardwood, it stood perfectly and works as promised.

Although this product looks good, it is not so good for Blu-Ray storage. The DVD is a longer (taller) case than a Blu-Ray making the rack not as useful for Blu-Ray. They slide in great, but are left with a good half inch on each end to slide around and even fall out of the designated slot. I would use these in a heart beat for DVD, however, if you're looking to store any Blu-Ray, especially without the 'box' case and just in the plastic case, I would look for a product designed specifically for Blu-Ray.

This DVD tower was just perfect for my small apartment and as I have limited space it fit into my apartment and didn't need to be assembled which was a big plus!

Bought the stand for around $20 here on Amazon (as opposed to $18+shipping at Walmart), it arrived nice and quick as always with 2 day shipping. The box it came in was huge (about as wide as a standard doorway), and it was wrapped loosely in tissue paper. It came assembled, so all I had to do was pull it out of the box and stick it on the floor. It balances perfectly on it's own (but it will likely tip over if you run into it), it's level, mine only had 1 dent on 1 wire but it wasn't enough to hinder use of that 1 slot. I've got DVDs and blu-rays on it, and I've checked and it will fit PS3 games.

The only bad thing about it is that it won't fit box sets obviously, but the slots aren't really any bigger than dvd size so I can't even fit a couple of my box sets that are basically DVD box width in the shelves (Jurassic Park "Adventure Pak" and my special edition of Van Helsing). Not really a big issue for me, I just needed something small to store all my movies on in my new apartment.

I just want to start out by saying to all the other reviewers who have gave negative reviews, you all must be a bunch of morons...just kidding :P

But seriously, a lot of the people who gave really low only complained about how it doesn't set well on carpet. I just got it today in the mail and I put all of my games (xbox, xbox 360, and ps3 games) and dvds in it and it's sitting on carpet. I looks great next to my TV and it gives me more space for my systems. The rack is sitting perfectly still and is giving me no issues. I don't know if any of you are doing it differently or if there is even a different way...but of course there are different carpet materials out there that may give the rack issues...Anyways, love the rack and I may end up getting another one, the 52 space rack, if i end up getting more games/dvds.

It's a nice stand if you're looking for something that can hold both DVDs and Blu-rays, however if you are looking for something that is blu-ray/PS3 case exclusive, look elsewhere. You have to position each case in the center of each holder, leaving an inch-ish gap on each side. To most, this won't be an issue, but I like my cases to be aligned and this makes it difficult to do so.
