At the time of purchase in the middle 1990s', this, the 6th CD in the series, finished the bulk of R&B - Rock & Roll compilations by Atlantic Records. This continues to be a fun disc when listened to on either my player or MP3.

Atlantic R&B Vol.6 1965 - 1967
Well, for lovers of southern soul music like myself, this collection is hard to beat. Absolutely stacked with 27 fine slabs of the best soul music ever made, it just doesn't get much better than this. There are many great soul collections available and this is one of the better single CD's available. What else is there to say? Pick this up used for a low price and get groovin'.
