I would not take the risk to eat this fish as it is from China. Wish it was said in the description because here I lost 15.69 for one pound of wet fish (thought it was dried but it came with lot of water as the weather is hot I am also afraid it might have gone bad with such hot weather.

Again, I will not eat it.

No Bones, No cleaning required. Took just minutes to prepare. Before I knew it, I had my favorite dish of ackee and salt fish with the same great taste.

I moved to Birmingham Alabama and there are no salted fish. This is the best ever with akee or by itself with your favourite dishes.

Since I left Florida over four years ago its been a challenge to find this in Chicago. I too was skeptical what the quality of this would be like once received. I finally cooked this today, of course after letting is soak for a day. I love it. Just as good as what my mother made and that use to cook while in Florida. I am glad I bought two packs!

Working on Trawlers for many years I became a salt fish aficionado. Both Pollock and Black cod were my faves to prepare from Bacilio to a simple poached fillet dressed with bacon and butter. The Atlantic Pearl brand has a great QC, no blood spots or pin bones present on the fillets. For Norwegian, Portuguese and West Indies cuisine applications it is a sure bet to kick on some culinary fun for the tastebuds.
