I moved to Birmingham Alabama and there are no salted fish. This is the best ever with akee or by itself with your favourite dishes.

Since I left Florida over four years ago it's been a challenge to find this in Chicago. I too was skeptical what the quality of this would be like once received. I finally cooked this today, of course after letting is soak for a day. I love it. Just as good as what my mother made and that use to cook with in Florida. I am glad I bought two packs!
