Monitor and record your underwater excursions with the Atlantis 401 minivideo camera system. The camera is attached to the monitor by a 75-foot steel mesh cable, so it will be secure and retrievable no matter how strong the current or dark the waters. The black-and-white camera is capable of 420 lines of resolution to create the sharpest picture. Six high-powered infrared LEDs allow for night viewing, and the built-in sun visor helps with group viewing. The 4-inch monitor accepts two camera inputs and also has a VCR adapter for tape recording. Also included are a watertight case, five-hour rechargeable 12-volt battery, and a vehicle and 110-power adapter.

I was not real impressed with this product. The camera has to be maneuvered to get a good picture. You cannot see anything when it starts to get dark. I thought I would get a clear image of fish, instead we find ourselves staring at the screen saying "I think I might have seen one". I have seen other underwater cameras that give a much clearer picture.

I found that the infrared system was a joke at best. They say 15 feet in complete darkness, I think maybe 15 inches!...I have a friend who bought a different brand and he was real happy so I know there are better systems available. I wish I would have spent a little more $$$ for the good stuff.
