This is the 1949 edited version of the book.
It is missing about half of the illustrations and several pages from many of the chapters.
Many of the chapters contain editorializing about Donnely's writings, others contain information that only became known after the book was first released.

This author has done loads of research on Atlantis. You will find that this book is engrossing and fascinating about the advance civilization of Atlantis. Even throe it is written over 65 years ago, it is still a great book to read and to learn the history of the Great Flood and great many other things the people of Atlantis are so advance with compared to today.

This text has several different Deluge texts. A whole lot of Americana. There were some interesting pages but these were forgettable crossings and interconnections. Best to stick with Indo-Iranian and Indo-European.
