4.0 out of 5 stars This is no cookie cutter story! August 14, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Very original work, keeps you guessing and good character development. Hoping the next book in the trilogy builds upon existing characters and takes another jump into the unpredictable.

Very readable - slowly but surely pulls you in to the story and you can't wait to read what happens next.

This is definitely a recommended read. BTW, when you do read it, say hello to Duran & Oodvak for me.

I believe that this will be a series worth waiting for. Lots of twists and turns in the plots as well as plenty of excitiment. There are love interests, but no gratuitous sex, which is nice. I look forward to the nest book.

Having been a fan of Tom Swift too many years ago, I found Prophet Quest to be a great story, and a very easy read. This is Cahail's first work, and he has created interesting characters, fantastical whimsy, and dark plot themes, woven together into a story that keeps you guessing until he pulls it all together. A much larger than life blend of sci-fi, fantasy, and action/adventure. Looking forward to the second book.
