I loved "Teardrop" from Massive Attack and that was the song that introduced me to MA. However, I've had a tough time getting into MA passed "Teardrop". Ninety-nine cents a song works for me and I dislike buying an entire album to only listen to the two or three good songs. I was expecting an instrumental--perhaps my definition of instrumental means no lyrics, no singing. So I was very surprised to hear the singing--in fact I was a tad disappointed.

The cool, dark, deep sounds of MA do keep me coming back to check their work out. I remember reading a review that MA's music is great while driving; but I think I would fall asleep to it. Mellow isn't the word to describe this song or many of their songs. Still, it's a good song, I enjoy it. I love middle eastern drums in general; and you can hear it in the background. Good electronica but dark--I just don't know how to describe it.

I was disappointed that it's labeled as "instrumental" and thus gave it 4 stars.
