A good book, especially for beginners in cytology. Contains a lot of images and the text is short and easy to read. It is not very detailed, one would say it focuses on the basic principles of cytology. Therefore I recommend it mostly for young cytologists as a book they can use to start their study of cytology, or for quick reference.
