Covering small mammals, birds, amphibians and reptiles, the book offers guidance on anaesthetic and radiographic techniques for every species group. Accompanying notes on the development and clinical interpretation of the material help to enable the practitioner to make better use of radiography as a diagnostic tool. For every species group, the authors illustrate normal radiographic anatomy and pathological appearance, with special attention to abnormal variations. Clinical cases are discussed to illustrate the species groups. Within each group, the material is categorized by organ system, covering normal radiographic anatomy, radiographic abnormalities, musculoskeletal system, lungs, liver, gastrointestinal tract and urogenital tract.
