THis book is essential for ENT trainees. Well thought out, simple 1-2 page guides with a single page for illustrations.

However there are a few areas I'd like to see improvement:

(1) a CD-ROM or e-book to accompany the text. THe book us HUGE and not suitable for carrying into work every day. I end up photocopying pages I need for the day, which seems ludicrous since I own a copy of it. Dear publisher, it's 2010 and time to have a more accessible format of the info, especially since this book costs so much.

(2) 2-colour illustrations are so 1970s. How about an update for 2010 with some photos as well as full-colour illustrations?


(3) Amazon/Publisher, it would be great to have an online preview of at least part of the contents so that people can make an informed decision about buying this book. That also goes for the other head and neck atlases on Amazon. When you spend a few hundred on a book, it is nice to know what you're getting before you lay down the dough.

Apart from that this atlas is perfect for day-before revision prior to your day of operating. I'd feel a lot more stupid without having access to this book.

The content of the book is execellent as expected, but the mailing set up was completely unacceptable for such a heavy and expensive book which arrived damaged due to insuffient paper packageing,! Such a book should be mailed in strong box! I expect a response.

This book was delivered on time, and it was in a good condition (new).I got this book for my sister as a gift, and she says it's very helpfull.
