Most excellent gloves for gardening and the like.,
By
This review is from: Atlas Nitrile Gardening and Work Gloves, Green Apple, Small
I have always hated leather gardening gloves (not impervious to tearing, get grossly stiff after exposure to moisture, 'baggy' fit, etc.) and have been searching for an alternative. I found it!These gloves are extremely comfortable, and, in my estimation, sized properly - I purchased size SMALL. To give you an idea of my hand size, my ring finger is size 5 and my hand span (from bottom of palm to tip of my middle finger) is 6.5". For these gloves to work best, you need to have a slightly snug fit. The mesh is breathable, but the nitrile coating along the palm and fingers is not - so you may have some sweaty palms after wearing them for prolonged periods of time - but that is a small price to pay for gloves that let you work in comfort. I have started the spring gardening routine (including the heavy duty use of rakes, hoes, shovels and shop brooms) with ZERO blisters to show for it. My grip is better with these gloves, and that sure helps with weeding and any job requiring a good grasp. The price is unbeatable, and they come in a wide array of kicky colors. I purchased apple green, dahlia pink and onyx black. Love all three pair! Highly recommended.

Great Gardening Gloves,

These gloves are great for garden work! They are strong and don't tear, but are thin enough to feel what you are doing, e.g., planting seedlings; pinching off dead blooms, weeding, etc. Other gloves are either too heavy to work with small items, or if thin enough they tear easily.
