There is a new version of this book, but this one serves incredibly well. I recommend it! For a generalist its a great opportunity to learn more complex surgeries.

I received in hoped time even so far to be sent from the origin. The book was in perfect stage. The quality of audio and video of DVD are so fine. I really didn't have any problem with both postal and quality of book and DVD. I recomend to others costumers to buy one.
