This second run will be without the soundtrack cd, but is still a better deal than paying these 3rd party rates.

The "soundtrack" cd is just five piano tracks anyways. Nothing much to miss out on.

I am about 10 hours into it, and so far would recommend it when it the reprint becomes available. The sprites and sound effects are disappointing, but the story progression, writing, and battle system are all pretty good and well worth experiencing for yourself.

Last week Amazon was quoting $35 (with none in stock). Now they get some in and it's $60? Glad I walked into a target and found the last copy hiding behind the new pokemon game...

Note that it says "Sold by game-ware."

Amazon does *not* charge above MSRP. If you see such prices, it is not sold by Amazon. The product page indicates who is selling the product. Folks are frequently complaining about "Amazon" selling overpriced LEGO sets, video games, out-of-print books, but (again) these are not sold by Amazon.
