intelligent, extinct excellence from the 90's, October 10, 2008
This review is from: Atomic Audio (Audio CD)
why this album doesn't get the love that em:t received is unknown, maybe because this album is a solo comp, not a series & therefore less known (probably)....i still listen to this one (along with em:t's --woob being my favorite--) anyway, i've been listening to all genres of electronic since the late 80's and in the very early 90's; electronic music just EXPLODED with the underground dance scene (aah, the good ole' days...(daze...))...
this album however, is not dated...it could have been released yesterday...it stands the test of time marvelously.
<<<<<this ambient album (with a beat) is beautiful, mellow, dark, transporting, magnetic....and wistful.....>>>>
buy it before it disappears forever~ it's lovely and it's a classic

So very nice to hear this again., January 11, 2012

Lost in the great hard drive crash of '08, I was only able to recover two tracks off Atomic Audio from my back-up. Just recently replaced on CD, this album has aged well. This release was out of the norm for Quango who, at the time, had a steady stream of interesting compilation albums - check out Mystic Groove if you're so inclined. So very nice to hear this again.
