Mike Evans tells whats happening in the world about Iran unlike the US Government withholding information from the US public !

Ahmadinejad just launched a missle into space that could contain in the future nuclear weapons . We in the US don't pay attention to this, it could one day not only be launched at Israel but at the US and Europe too.

My hats off to Mike Evans to all his research . This is an excellent book on the topic. I commend Mike for writing this book and alerting us all about this immediate threat to humanity !!!

Everyone should read this book. It is a must read for any person who lives in the West or East !!

As with his previous books, once again Michael Evans has done an outstanding job of research on Atomic Iran. It's a shame that, as before, there are a few people who are fanatical in their own beliefs who insist on spewing venom, inaccuracies, and lies in a hopefully fruitless attempt to silence his voice. I admire Dr. Evans greatly in his selfless efforts, as a Christian, to speak the truth in the attempt to save our Israeli allies from the destruction that Iran's leaders would like to heap upon them. And he does this not for money for himself, either, but donates the proceeds from his books to humanitarian causes in Israel. As a member of the Jerusalem Prayer Team myself, I applaud his efforts, and thank him mightily!

Yet again Mike Evans gives us the oportunity to have our eyes opened to a reality that threatens life as we enjoy it and to gain access to behind the news information. Let's not be media victims at this time in history - being brainwashed by anti Israel comment and lulled into a Chamberlain dillusion - " peace in our time " . I have it from the " horse's mouth " that Mike Evans recieves no personal financial benefits from this book - so no talk about " Cash cows " please. Rather let's endeavour not to become " sheep to Iran's slaughter house ".

This is one of the most insightful book to read in order to understand the culmination of events that is taking place in the Middle East.

I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is seeking truth with an open mind without prejudice. This book is not for for those who have been kidnapped by the strong delusion of the world politics but for those who are earnestly seeking an unbiased view of what is really at the heart of the matter in the Middle East. The author really captured the essence of it all.

let Gods people speak, so when courageous Christians speak out ( such as Mr Evans) God will move to convict those He seeks to bring to hear His message.

The author of this book is paranoid.

Israel has 180 nuclear bombs and regularly attacks its neighbours.

The research for the book was carried out in Israel.

The author is a fundamentalist Christian - the old Testament kind, not the Sermon on the Mount Jesus Christ kind.

Long after fellow End Times fanatics like John Hagee dropped out of the genre, Mike Evans is keeping the "bomb Iran now" book market somewhat alive with this new, typically apocalyptic rant about Iran going nuclear and the whole world on the verge of going up in flames. He's been doing this for years now, and he's lucky the modern public has such a short memory considering all his predictions prove false. In 2007 he warned Bush in his "The Final Move Beyond Iraq" (now available at your local dollar store), that he had to attack Iran by year's end or face a nuclear 9/11...nothing happened, in 2009 he assured Pat Robertson on the 700 Club that Israel was going to bomb Iran by year's end...nothing. It is no wonder Evans would be so close to Robertson, who's another hallucinating prophet always off the mark. Of course Evans, like Robertson, is most likely aware that he's full of it, what he's really after is your money and nothing sells like hysterics.

"Atomic Iran" is an update on how Evans sees the situation, now tailored for the Obama era. According to Evans, Obama is a liberal sissy who is leading us to destruction by refusing to bomb Iran, or arm and fund the Iranian opposition (which is a fractured movement with differing goals). Most of the attacks on Obama are used as a springboard for Evan's usual target, Jimmy Carter. It is quite amazing how much Evans hates this man, having already written a whole book with the sole purpose of ripping him apart, and now doing it again with this one. The attacks on Carter are recycled fantasies about Carter funding the Ayatollah Khomeini and abandoning the Shah. As always there has to be some nefarious liberal conspiracy involved, people on Evan's side can't just accept the fact that the Shah was a brutal tyrant who's people simply overthrew him in a popular revolution, as they could do with the current regime someday. Just how bad was the Shah's Iran? Just read the serious scholarship such as Robert Fisk's "The Great War For Civilisation," "All The Shah's Men" by Stephen Kinzer and "Shah Of Shahs" by Ryszard Kapuscinski. Evans would prefer however, that a brutal tyrant be kept on the throne as long as it serves US interests, not a very Christian attitude. He also forgets to mention that Carter attempted to instigate a military coup to overthrow the revolutionaries soon after the Shah fled.

Evans finds new targets which are the usual bad boys in American media, Hugo Chavez here gets a few pages where Evans accuses him of everything from vote rigging to allowing Islamic radicalism to start breeding in South America. All this not need be repeated in detail, the average American is aware of what kind of PR Chavez gets in the United States. The real problem with "Atomic Iran" is Evan's recycling of his old hysterics. Iran will get the bomb by 2010 Evans warns, but the Times in the UK reports that Brigadier-General Uzi Eilam, who was in charge of guarding Israel's own vast, nuclear arsenal for years, confirms that Iran does not pose a nuclear threat to anyone and most likely wouldn't be able to have a nuke for another seven years. And would Iran be crazy enough to even think about attacking Israel when the Israelis have HUNDREDS of nukes? Iran is also surrounded by the US in all its prime borders. Evans assures us they will attack, because Ahmadinejad and the whole Iranian regime believe in the Shia equivalent of the Second Coming, only instead of Jesus they await the Mahdi. Evans uses quotes and comments by Ahmadinejad to justify this argument. What's interesting how Ahmadinejad's quotes don't sound that different from the kind of End Times lingo people like Evans and his colleagues use on a regular basis but from the Christian perspective.

Now let's take Evan's and the Christian right's End Times beliefs seriously, let's seriously look at the whole Second Coming scenario these people paint in their theological tree. Wouldn't Iran going nuclear be a good thing? Why should we be so desperate to promote bombing or stopping the country when technically, their acquiring nukes and threatening Israel means the return of Jesus is closer? Shouldn't we be praying for salvation and to be lifted up in the Rapture instead of praying for Obama to finally get it and order the strikes? And according to the general End Times scenario, isn't Iran powerless anyhow because God will defend the Israelis no matter what if an attack is launched? This is the great contradiction of the "national defense Christians." "Atomic Iran" reads like a bad B-movie, and Evans will most likely make a few dollars off of it, I eagerly await the next 700 Club update, but it is nothing more than a recycling of his previous protests and points. If you read his previous books, you've read this one.
