the box is ok if you want moderate bass, but if you want to crank it up the box will not hold the bass, It is prefect for what i wanted, the only problem is when they ship the box it got banged up no cushion on the corner of the box so i had to glue it when it arrived

The box is built very professionally. It is built to fit perfectly in the chevy extended cab trucks, and the down fire setting promises smooth sound. Great item.

The original packaging the item comes in is very small and my "new" item had some scrathces on it. It wasnt enough to look bad at all tho and is barely noticeable. The box is great, designed well and is very nice. It hits hard with my subs and i dont have any complaints. It fits nice under my seat, only downside is the amp didnt fit on top. Overall i love the box, it sits flush and looks very nice.

It fits nicely in it's spot under the back seat and looks good with my charcoal interior. I only gave it a 4 star rating because the connectors are really low budget. The have a push away spring fastener that really has to be pushed back in place after putting the speaker wire into it, or it will be loose. I soldered my wires to the inside edge of the fastener as the original type just had small clips that slide onto them. They slid around and I wanted them to be secure. Overall, a decent box and I would recommend it to anyone with my style of pickup, which is a 2006 extended cab Silverado 1500. I think they changed the truck model in 2007 and they have a different box for that type. You should check the Atrend site to make sure you are getting the right one for your vehicle. I believe this one says 1999 and later, but that is only 1999 to 2006. Oh, yes, UPS did kinda beat up the package a bit in shipping but mine did not require any repair, just a blemish on a corner that is now on the floor anyway. Here is the link to the Atrend site. Put two MTX Jackhammer subs in my 07 Nissan Titan. This box looks so great that when my truck was broken into, I didnt lock my doors, the thief stole my ipod and GPS but didn't even see the box since it blends in so well. No promises that yours would not get stolen, but it blends in great.
