Don't listen to a lot of the other reviews here, a lot of the people have refused to listen to the album and just review it without giving it a chance. I find one thing funny when people talk about Yngwie, they say they want him to move with the times. Well he did that in the 80's and people hated him for it(ie Odyssey). Now he is back to what he loves doing, playing neoclassical music. This album is quite a bit different from his earlier stuff, more aggressive and euro metal sounding(a good change in my opinion). Some stand outs include Touch the Sky, Baroque and Roll, and Ship of Fools. Of course you have your signature Yngwie licks and runs, and I would not want it any other way.

it is a pleasure to listen to this album. the songs are concise
and with great hooks.Yngwie's guitar playing is magnificent on
this cd. i have been playing 30 years and this is great guitar
writing and performance. this cd is what rock music and neoclassical music is all about.this cd has the most worked out guitar parts of any of his past cds and Yngwie shows he is a true master
of music.The best guitarist known to me.

This is a great cd. I own almost every malmsteen release and this cd rates up with the best! Every time I listen to it I find I like it more and more. Get the import, extended tracks because the last song "Nobodys Fool" will blow you away. It's good to know that there is someone out there that still knows how to make great melodic heavy rock. Great guitar work, great vocals and a well put together cd. You can't go wrong with this one! Yngwie please tour the states!
