I bought this video because I love Donna Richardson's other videos and thought I would give this one a try. Although the moves are funky and fun, each segment is only about 7 to 8 minutes long making her segment only about twenty minutes long. I barely break out a sweat! I wish her segment was a bit longer. The taichi warm-up and yoga cooldown are very slow moving and quite boring, they also don't seem to match with Donna's style. For a great workout try Donna Richardson's three-day rotation which includes circuit toning, kick boxing and a dance workout.

This video starts with a martial arts warm up, then there are 3 levels of funky aerobics that get you pumping and dancing. The moves are somewhat challenging to follow for the first time and the background is a little outdated but her energy is catchy and you have a great time dancing. The yoga cool down is somewhat lame and the transition is abrupt.

This video is hard to follow because she moves very quickly and the camera is not always at a good position for someone viewing the video to follow. The music is dated.
