5.0 out of 5 stars Attitude Rehab For Students, December 16, 2008
Dave and Nancy Craig's book "Attitude Rehab For Students" is a must read for all teachers. On a scale of 1 to 5 it is a 20. I was overwhelmed by the content, and the cartoons were fantabulous!!! I couldn't put the book down until I read it from cover to cover. There are so many great quotations that a teacher could use to inspire their students. The exceptional teachers will see the true benefit of this book, and will use it to inspire their students. I only wished this book would have been available for my teachers when I was in school, because it would have jump started my life.

Great job Dave and Nancy.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful Source of Inspiration, February 8, 2009
Before we had mission statements people lived by adages. "A penny saved is a penny earned," might be the guiding principle of a banker. "Don't put all your eggs in one basket," may have inspired a stock broker. People have long carried Dear Abby columns in a wallet and hung cartoons on cubicle walls. Quotable quips make a point with precision and humor.
In Attitude Rehab For Students, Dave and Nancy Craig have compiled the best cartoons, quips, and quotes about attitude and kindly categorized them in a sturdy spiral bound book for teachers and counselors working with students K-12.

One of many useful "Paperbacks for Educators," Attitude Rehab for Students is a handy resource for anyone who works with people. The cartoons and quips are all excellent for planting the seeds of ideas and making you think. Great explanations and practical suggestions will work for parents, coaches, supervisors, managers, and counselors as well as teachers. Whether you are dealing with failure, motivation, decision making, peer pressure, goal setting, fear, criticism, or adversity, you will find inspiration and advice.

I highly recommend this book for anyone charged with developing young minds. For those who work with poor attitudes, I recommend you get both Attitude Rehab and Bad Attitude... A Sure Way to Look Rather Silly. They work well together in changing attitudes with humor.
