Ok first off let me state I love these guys I started off with Unlimited and bought there earlier work then when cut from stone came out I jumped at it... But this cd sounds so watered down even compared to Cut from stone, granted it would be hard for any band to follow up with another stellar cd like Unlimited that cd is about as close to a perfect cd that you are gonna find

I was really hoping these guys would turn the ship around after Cut from stone cuz that cd had a handfull of fillers and there are moments of greatness on this cd where they start to pick up the pace and aggression but it's fleeting right when i start to get into the song it slows back back to a more mid paced song and he returns to clean vox and chorus's which is fine and dandy when done in MODERATION but not the entire cd... I mean come on if i wanted to hear a soilwork cd i'd buy one which i don't want to do anymore. I started listening to these guys cuz everyone else was jumping on the clean vocal/chorus's bandwagon and these guys were tearing it up with Vindication and Unlimited and a hit a miss effort with Cut from stone... but I can't see any of these songs going into my gym mix and that pisses me off... there is nothing like more or brother on this cd or any song off of Unlimited...

I guess I just find it Ironic this cd it titled Attitude when it's missing all the attitude that the previous cd's had. I sure hope there next cd they find that aggression and Attitude that's been dwindling with the past 2 cd's. It does pain me to give this 3 stars and i'm being nice i really want 2.5 or 2 but maybe this cd will grow on me. I have only had it for a few days and have listened to it a handfull of times but there other stuff just hit and didn't need time to grow. so i'm keeping my fingers crossed that might happen here.

Heavy thrashers Susperia are back & as usual deliver another quality CD. To fans of the band, you will instantly hear the trademark Susperia sound & production & OF COURSE..it's HEAVY AS HELL (what would you expect from these guys?!!) The only thing that disappointed me about this release was that it is a little simpler musically..not necessarily a bad thing but I just think this band is one of the best at delivering some of the most brutal, heavy music on the planet while usually finding a way to make each song stand out in it's own way. In other words, this time Susperia just went straight for the throat of metal fans & just let out an unrelenting sonic assault track after track..like the name of the album says, with ATTITUDE! That pretty much says it all! Check it out..you should not be disappointed!

First off I have been a fan for years. When the album Unlimited came out I became a huge fan! This new album Attitude for me is just as great. I like the direction they are going, using his voice more clearly. With a couple of great guest vocal appearences from Testament and Dimmu Borgir. I hope it's permanent having Mustis playing in the band. I ecspect great things in the future.
