The book gave me solace during a very difficult time in my life.The author inspires us to reach for the divine inside us. It is spirutual as well as instructive. He explains how by using metitation, imagery and/or prayer one can find peace, comfort and the strength to deal with any situation in life. This book helped me save my marriage and a relationship of more than 20 years.
