James Moore is a well-known Methodist Minister who is in Houston, Tex. now. When we knew him, he lived in Shreveport, LA. He's an excellent preacher, and his books reflect his common touch. His writing makes a person feel she is in the room talking to him. He uses ordinary stories to reflect God's love and care for all of us.This particular book reminds us of the importance of gratitude, compassion, joy and open-mindedness. He uses scripture and personal experience to bring the Bible to life. Any of his books would be well worth reading. I think I've read them all. I highly recommend his writing to anyone who enjoys reading good books.

I would recommend this book for personal growth and improvement. This book is my daily companion. So many times in life I found myself searching for the right word, but it would escape me. I prayed and prayed and the word 'attitude' came to me. That was IT !!!! When I saw James W. Moore's book, that magic word jumped out at me. He does a marvelous job of covering every part of our lives concerning our attitude. I found it to be very helpful...a constant reminder on a daily basis, of the magic that attitude brings to any situation. Please add it to your personal library.
