5.0 out of 5 stars New library for Me!
I am so excited to have discovered this author. Now I feel like I have a new library to read. You connect w/ the characters, there is a beginning , middle, end. This author is writing like they want to establish a fan base- not pump out another read (which some of my favorite authors have been doing lately.) Be open to everything goes when you pick this up- not too...

2.0 out of 5 stars Pretty ordinary
I'm surprised at all the really positive reviews for this book. There are some monster holes in the plot which ruined it for me. The characters were simplistic caricatures rather than fleshed out characters. The legal references were not well researched. I found the author over-explained some of the plot developments too - the bit where the PI says "it's all so...

5.0 out of 5 stars New library for Me!, July 25, 2009
This review is from: Attorney's Run (Nick Teffinger Thriller 5) (Kindle Edition)
I am so excited to have discovered this author. Now I feel like I have a new library to read. You connect w/ the characters, there is a beginning , middle, end. This author is writing like they want to establish a fan base- not pump out another read (which some of my favorite authors have been doing lately.) Be open to everything goes when you pick this up- not too graphic, not too romantic, not too descriptive, no empty 'filler'... just a constant story progressing- murder, evil, plotting, crime, thrilling. Does anyone know....I heard this is actually Sandra Brown aka R.J. Jagger??? Sandra Brown writes a LOT more sex than this 'author' (if it is her).

5.0 out of 5 stars This is one of the best thrillers I've read yet, September 13, 2009
This review is from: Attorney's Run (Paperback)
Attorney's Run is without a doubt one of the best thrillers I've read yet. The characters are compelling, the dialogue is spot-on, the pace is frantic and the plot is one of the most original that I've come across in a long, long time. This book blew me away.

5.0 out of 5 stars How Great To Find a New Mystery Author, July 2, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Attorney's Run (Paperback)
As a reader of every mystery/thriller that I can get my hands on, I was so pleased to discover R.J. Jagger and Attorney's Run. No, he is not new, but I just found him. As an attorney, my favorite thrillers involve attorneys and this book (and this author) does not disappoint. The book was easy to get into, easy to read and a pleasure from cover to cover. I have now downloaded (kindle reader) 3 more of his titles. I am sure that I will eventually go through every one of his books.

5.0 out of 5 stars A cover-to-cover must read., March 3, 2010
This review is from: Attorney's Run (Nick Teffinger Thriller 5) (Kindle Edition)
This is one of the incredible books in JAGGERWORKS NO. 2, which is a cover-to-cover must-read for thriller fans, particularly those who gyrate to legal thrillers, detective thrillers and hard-boiled thrillers. This book, like all of JAGGER'S works, is almost impossible to put down. He entices you with riveting action, scintillating suspense and non-stop plot twists, all formated in short chapters. You find youself awake in the wee hours of the morining saying, "Okay, just one more chapter. That's it. Then I'm definitely going to bed." I swear that the publisher must put some kind of invisible glue on the cover. While the characters are always fresh, 3-dimensional and captivating, it's the plot twists that really drive this series. If you like to predict endings before you get there, you'll be out of luck with JAGGER at the controls. Just sit back and wait for him to hit you upside the head from an angle you never saw coming.

5.0 out of 5 stars Attorneys Run, October 11, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Attorney's Run (Nick Teffinger Thriller 5) (Kindle Edition)
I just finished reading Attorney`s Run. I loved every page of it but when I got
to the last quarter of the book I could not put it down. It had me sitting on the
edge of my chair with my heart beating a mile a minute. I came upon RJ Jagger for
the first time when I was looking for books to buy for my Kindle. Lawyer Trap was
the first one and then Attorney`s Run. Now I can`t wait to get more books as I think
I have found a new author that will be on my Number one list to keep buying his or
her books. I have not figured out if the author is female or male but after two
books I am leaning toward female. Thank you RJ for giving me books that I cannot
put down. Keep up the good work, Shaun.

5.0 out of 5 stars It's that good, April 17, 2010
This review is from: Attorney's Run (Nick Teffinger Thriller 5) (Kindle Edition)
I knew my iPad was going to be something special, but what I didn't know is that it would have a Kindle app available that would open up the whole Kindle store and then, voila, let me come across a book like this one! I've read a lot of thrillers but if I was going to be stuck on a desert island and only be able to bring three, Attorney's Run would be one of them. It's that good.

5.0 out of 5 stars Addicted to Jagger, April 7, 2010
This review is from: Attorney's Run (Nick Teffinger Thriller 5) (Kindle Edition)
Having read Lawyer Trap, which moved like an out of control Ferrari with no brakes, I was curious to see if any of R.J. Jagger's other books were anywhere near as good. Attorney's Run turned out to be every bit the equal of Lawyer Trap, and perhaps even then some. Now I'd addicted. I hate it when that happens.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great read!, March 30, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Attorney's Run (Nick Teffinger Thriller 5) (Kindle Edition)
R.J. Jagger gives you a run for your money and as an avid reader for the past 50 years, I'm a tough customer. Many books bore me and this most definitely did not. I can say this product delivers value and entertainment. Other books I can put down, this one didn't let me. There are several things to recommend this book: pacing of the plot was excellent; the use of several story lines that jelled into the main plot at the end; and engaging, witty, sexy and gutsy women. The characters were very interesting and I enjoy the way he portrays women as strong and able to take care of themselves. The detective was my kind of guy. He didn't get in the way of the female characters but supported them and even fell in love! Enjoyed this book and happy I made the discovery of this author.
