I find this tape relaxing and something i listen to at nighttime before going to sleep. I did hope it would be longer than the 20 minutes or so and that both sides would be different from each other. Also, I hoped that one side would have affirmations that could be heard against the background music. So, I was disappointed with the product, to be honest. It's nice as a relaxation tape.
