5.0 out of 5 stars Simply Awesome October 7, 2013

This is the first story of Jeff's that I have read and I was very pleased. The way he describes the setting and the people give you just enough information to get an image in your head, without it dragging on and becoming overwhelming. I enjoyed how simple things in the beginning tied in and became significant at the end. All in all it was a very nicely written creepy short story. Be careful of old houses!

Only a few pages long, but I honestly had chills running up my spine by the end of it. Now to convince my friends to read it.

4.0 out of 5 stars Well Written Creep Fest September 5, 2013

Written with fluidity and excellent penmanship. The plot was intriguing and there was just enough of a "creepy" feeling to make you think twice about buying that gnome statue for your yard.
