Added these to my Jon boat for night fishing. They bolt flush to the sides and have a water tight gasket between the base and the hull. Drilled two very small holes through the sides of the boat and sealed it off with goop. Added a toggle switch to my battery box and done. Been out several times and they work great! My brother will be adding a set to his boat soon.
