Having been diagnosed with IBS for many years and seeing little or no improvement with using every RX and OTC medication available to address my severe IBS symptoms, I decided to try the IBS Audio Program 100 as a last resort. I was skeptical that clinical hypnotherapy could really help relieve my severe cramping, diarrhea, pain and anxiety that accompanied me everytime I went out of the house. But years after completing the program, I can still say it was the best treatment method for my IBS, reducing my symptoms over 95% and gave me my life back again. Michael Mahoney's method and soothing voice and British accent provides a pleasant way to combat IBS, and the IBS Companion recording which explains the condition to people in my life who did not understand IBS, really validated all that I was going through, and explained the embarrassing things I couldn't. A fantastic program that really works - with an informational booklet and guide. If you have IBS and nothing has worked so far, you owe it to yourself to try this program. It is gentle, soothing, and broke that connection and fear of always needing the bathroom for hours every day. I highly recommend it.

Why oh why didn't I try this program first? This program helps not only with IBS symptoms - all of them - but also with the anxiety and frustration that goes along with the disorder. The program has an informational booklet that is easy to understand and completely explains in a clear way, what the program does for the patient and answers many questions about not only IBS but the process as well. Very cost effective - would have cost me a fortune if I went to an in-office therapist - Well worth the money, and it does work!

I bought these tapes one year ago after suffering with IBS for 18 years and trying every med known to man. I was at a point where I could no longer step out the front door to go to work without my gut cramping up and usually resulted in making a U-turn to get home ASAP to get to the bathroom. Fast forward one year, I'm 85% better. I no longer get panic attacks when someone asks me to walk out the front door. I can't say enough about Mike's Tapes or the support people he has in place. His voice is calming which in turn allowed me to relax and drift off into a sleep during every session. I saw small results in the first week of listening and over time started noticing big changes in my IBS. My only regret is not getting these tapes sooner. My family and I lost alot of years of doing things together because of this nasty condition. Thank you Mike Mahoney for giving me my life back. Bless You

I have finally found something that has helped my IBS. I recommend it to anyone suffering.

I bought this product with doubts in my mind to how it would help me, however a couple of weeks in to the program and the results were amazing.

I have now finsihed the 100 day program and although i am not 'cured' i am certainly a hell of a lot better off than i was before.

If you suffer from IBS i would giv this a go!!!

I have been diagnosed with IBS and am on a prescription that helps but my problem is the anxiety which still causes problems with my digestive system. I am only part way into the Audio 100 and am already noticing a big difference in the way I feel when I leave home. I highly recommend this program!!

I believed I may of had ibs for all of my life, however I really noticed it after getting off a well known medication. After searching for over two years I finally found something that really works for the long term. My underlining problem though is anxiety (social) and that really is what causes my ibs. But this cd helps with anxiety as well. For the price of this cd it's well worth it for your health. Although I'm not 100% healed I am able to live my life comfortably with less anxiety and less ibs symptoms. I also recommed mood sync and anxiety control they are natural pills that you can get from the pain and stress center web site for anxiety.

I was actually pretty optimistic while starting on this program due to all the positive feedback written about it here on Amazon and other places on the web. However, I can not say that I have had any benefit from using it. My IBS is the same as before and my mood is actually even worse than before ... because in these recordings Mike Mahoney always talks about how I am supposed to start feeling better day by day, week by week and how I am gradualy learning to take control over my symptoms. He also talks about being able to live my life the way I want to live it etc ... However, none of that happened to me, and all I ended up with in the end was being very sad and dissapointed. I would happily pay tens of thousands of dollars for a treatment that would actually work, but this ... no further comments. I believe many of those who get anything out of this program benefits from the placebo effects ... which is extremely high among IBS sufferers.

I'm only part-way through the Programme, but it's already having a great impact on my state of mind and the control I feel. I would definitely recommend this to anyone suffering with IBS. It gives you back some control over your life, instead of having to rely on pills and other things.

After trying every medication/diet imaginable over the last 7 years, I tried the IBS 100 CD's and have finally found relief! The hypnosis program has worked wonders for me. Over the last 6 months I have gone off all of my medications and am far less sensitive to stress and diet triggers. Hypnotherapy really works! It has helped me to manage stress in my life so that it doesn't affect me the way that it used to, and I can eat the foods I havent been able to eat in years. I highly recommend this product!
