This is one of the best things I have ever bought. I got it on buy.com. Sounds fantastic. Incredable. I liked it so much I bought one for my husband and brother. They love it and use it often. Great product!

I had these speakers that I bought at a garage sale and am quite surprised at their sound quality. There is decent highs and mids at moderate volumes though they get drowned out at higher volumes. Bass is there, but a little muted. Also, when the speaker gets very loud, the bass starts to have some distortion. This actually can be fixed by placing something on top of the outside of the case, which limits the excessive vibrations.
The battery life is very good, I played it for over 20 hours on a single set of batteries.

Lastly, the case's protective feature is very useful. I can probably throw it across the room and have my iTouch working with no problems. I have stepped on it before without harm.
Overall very good product!

I ordered the party pod speaker for use when playing golf. It easily plugs into my IPOD shuffle player and sounds relatively good considering its size. I have played it now for over 36 holes of golf (rougly 10 hours) and have not had to replace the two batteries yet. If you are expecting loud thumping sound then this is not what you will want, but it works great for my needs.

product doesn't sound any clearer or louder than the ipod touch. if you have a classic it would be ok. Speakers could be better.

The sound is a lot better then I thought it would be for this price. The case is conveinient for carrying me earphones. I'm glad that I made this purchase.

I've been looking for a small speaker system for my Zune player for when I want to share a video clip with friends away from home - I've tried a couple of others with disappointing performance, so I was still looking. I am happy to report that this little unit works much better than I anticipated - particularly given the price. The sound is clear and the volume range is very good - obviously for the price, you are not going to get top sound quality - tinny sounding, but clear. The case is nice and has a pocket to put your player in - and has a good layer of padding. All in all, a very good product for the price and intent.
