I purchased these speakers for listening while out on my deck. I do not even have them under a cover for rain protection, but they have sounded great even after two hurricanes, a tornado and an earthquake. I have them hooked up to a Pyle Mini 2x120 Watt amplifier which I also purchased from Amazon. Great for the price.

Bought these for my backyard, and have been very pleased, especially for how little I paid for them. Very good sound, and EXCELLENT projection. I have a very large yard, and even 100' feet or so away, the sound is still heard very clearly. Have had them for about a year now, and they still perform just as well as day one(we do bring them inside for the winter though, and they are hung under an eave). Powered by a 200 watt pyle amp.

This is the best speakers i ever bought for this low price, enough bass,good mids and highs. I recomended for a medium size patio.
