This is a good collection of CDs for the Proteus light machine. The music is well coordinated with the lights and there is a good variety of material produced by different people. I particularly liked Tibetan Highlands and Journey of the Drums.
The type of technology represented by the Proteus Sound Machine modifies brainwaves and therefore, states of consciousness. I noticed that these CDs can induce various states including deep relaxation and feelings of well-being. I'm sure the responses are a bit different in each person, so starting with a variety of material is probably a good idea. |
