I "broke" the sub in for a week at low watt, cranked it up in a small sealed box and the bass is just unbelievable! No problems to report.

I still do not understand why Audiobahn seems to have dissapeared!

I know car audio and pro DJ equipment are not supposed to mix, but I needed a vandal resistant DJ subwoofer. Kids would sometimes poke holes through the grill and puncture my speaker. So I bought a Audiobahn bandpass box loaded with (2) 12" subwoofers thinking what do I have to lose for $120? I wasn't spending $500 on a folded horn subwoofer that weighs 150 lbs.

I powered each woofer in the box with 200 watts RMS & pounded these things all night at a school dance with rap, hip hop, dance and even some punk rock. These subwoofers didn't miss a beat! I'm not saying that I filled the entire room with bass, but it definitely enhanced my sound quality and complimented my main speakers very nicely. I was playing in a 100 x 60(6,000 sq. ft)gymnasium.

Anyone who downplays Audiobahn and says they're trash is sadly mistaken. I'm using these speakers for a pro DJ application and they work great! And I'm not some rookie; I've been DJ-ing for 20 years and have extensive knowledge of pro audio equipment and sound.

WOW ! They actually make my trunk swell .. If I had the money, I would by two more..

Product was great - at first. Then it died - spewing smoke and all! But things happen. So I contacted Audiobahn - and that is when it all started. They will not honor their own warranty unless you buy from one of their "authorized resellers'. This was buried in the product's manual and not even mentioned on the warranty card that I filled out and returned when this was first purchased. Many emails over a month long period provided no solution. The responses that I received from the "customer service manager" demonstrated that they had no concern for my business. I will go so far as to say that they were curt & rude in their responses. At no time could they come up with a reason for not standing behind their product. I refuse to do business with a manufacturer that has such little concern for their customers. Look elsewhere for a quality product that has a reputable manufacturer standing behind their products!
