Sometimes cheapie items can work better than the more expensive ones. I've had nothing but trouble since the day I got my Rio Volt SP150. Its so picky about what CD's it will play, sometimes I have to waste 4 disc just to get one that may work. This player is simple and doesn't have fancy features, but it plays WMA CD's and that's all that really matters to me. My whole music collection is in WMA for space saving reasons. You can fit more 128kbps wma's onto a CDR than you can Mp3's of the same bitrate. This is a functional cd player, now if only it had ID3 text display and a user adjustable EQ.

Good price and works fine. Liked it so much I bought one from my wife. Also found a used one that I took to work. Purchased 110 volt plug in power supply from Radio Shack so I would not have to keep feeding it batteries for the one I use at work. Comes with a cigarette charger for the car.
