I love having this remote. I have 3 children and this is a must have. I can start my truck from inside the house or from inside the store and have a warm truck. Love the features to lets you know the truck has started and the alarm telling you the doors are locked. Being able to start the truck and the doors staying locked is great too. Having 2 remotes is also nice 1 for me and 1 for my husband, of course I have the lcd remote. My husband thought he would be able to install himself and was not, but we found a dealer to install and they had it done on my Expedition in 1 1/2 hours. You will not be diappointed with this product.

I've had this alarm installed for about 20 months now. It has worked great for the most part, except for the few occasions where the alarm remote does not respond to the lock/unlock buttons, even though I'd be standing right next to my car. The most inconvenient times are when I've accidentally pushed the lock button with a door still open or the panic button; the alarm not only goes off, but it just will not respond when I push the Unlock button multiple times. Of the three times I've attempted to read the manual to set the time function on the primary remote or whatever other features are included, I'm not sure if it really worked as it's supposed to. And it appears that the battery needs to be replace fairly often, about once every 3-4 months or so. Not sure if that is typical or not. As for the pros, it's definitely nice having the display on the primary remote to confirm if I have locked/armed my car and how long I've had the engine running remotely.

I had this system installed at All-Guard in Alsip, Il 3 days ago and I love it. It has great features and really nice range. Many different ways to configure the alarm features and remote.
