Product Description

This module allows you to remote start your vehicle using your OEM transmitter or your alarm transmitter. It also offers a selectable automatic timed start function, allowing your vehicle to start every 2 or 4 hours. It is also equipped with a parking light flasher and safety control switches. This module can be used with gasoline or diesel engines.

This takes some doing to get this installed. I have installed several car stereos in the past and this was a challenge. The best advice I got was from a local installer. He said the auto start just mimics the key. So if power is on when the key is on that is what the auto start must turn on. Anyhow, I've used it for over a year now and it still works well. I recommend the audiovox tech webpage as well. They have wiring colors for your make and model. Be prepared to spend some time on this if you've never attempted one of these before.
