We bought this for our daughter for Christmas $74.00. All in All a good buy. My only complaint is the screen is a little dark and wish we could change the brightness.

I wanted a pretty inexpensive DVD player for the car for longer trips for our 2-year old daughter and this player fit the bill. We've had it about a year now, using it maybe 15-20 hours/month, and it's been fine. There's nothing particularly spiffy about it, but it plays the DVDs we want and being relatively inexpensive, I also don't worry too much if something happens to it. Nothing spectacular, just a decent player for not a whole lot of money.

After a very short time of use, but just after the "guarantee" time, the player simply won't work. You put in a DVD and it reads "loading" and then says "no disc". Waste of 95 bucks, which was the price last year when I bought it. No use trying to reach anyone for customer service..2 hr. wait time to get someone in India who can't understand you and won't help you anyway. Super annoyed.

I got this as a gift form work almost a year ago. I love that it comes with two head phones and the remote. I use it on my 15 month old daughter who hates long trips in the car. I also let her watch a movie on it when my husband and I are watching a movie on our TV. Like the other 5 star review, my daughter has dropped it, laid on it, and just plain abused it. I have not had a problem with the sound or picture, both seem to be great.

I bought this for my daughter on her 1st birthday, and it has been great! She has dropped it 100 times in the year we have had it and it hasn't broken yet! This has saved me many tears on long trips, plan rides, and waits at the Drs office.
