Nice features, good quality, nice functionality w/ remote. No case which is a negative, and battery life is shorter than expected. Can't watch and charge at the same time. Picture quality and sound is good. Had trouble running a DVD on the second use, and then realized it wasn't spinning correctly because there wasn't enough battery left. After full charge, DVD ran smoothly.

So far, we have used the car adapter for a 4 hour road trip and the unit worked to our expectations. The player never skipped or stopped during the trip and kept our two boys very entertained. Sound quality is also very good. The picture quality met our expectation for the price but for those that need picture perfect might want to purchase a higher end unit. Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend purchasing the player.

This DVD player has good picture quality and a large screen but the sound is not so good. I had it turned up full blast on an airplane trip and still could barely hear the sound. It just does not get loud enough! The battery life is short and you cannot watch a video and charge the battery at the same time. I would recommend a different brand if you are going to spend the money on a portable DVD player.

This is an absolute piece of junk. I would score it with MINUS stars if I could. I purchased one for my wife for Christmas, 2006 and shortly afterwards, it stopped working. My wife sent it in for repair at our expense, and it has already stopped working again. To add insult to injury, Audiovox now insists that we pay for repairs, and this is only April.

I will NEVER buy an Audiovox product again.

I use this item all the time and love it. The picture is great and sound is great quality. I read alot of reviews before purchasing this item and for being inexpencive, it is great quality. I would definatly recommend this item!!

The portable dvd player is great, picture is really clear will use it for years.

my son never rec'd this fro xmas, supposed to have been shipped end of Nov. JR music said to call them back tomorrow. It is JAN 8th!
