The Audiovox VBP1000 portable VCR and 4-inch LCD TV--also known as the "Video in a Bag" system--is an ideal movie player for car trips, train rides, and long hotel stays. Featuring dual speakers mounted on each side and two headphone jacks in the front, the system can broadcast your favorite movies to the entire family or exclusively to the kids in the backseat. To ensure stability during viewing, the system offers a variety of installation options, including to the area between the driver and passenger seats or to the backseat via a seatbelt. The VBP1000 is also equipped with front A/V jacks for connection to a video game system or camcorder.

Though small, the VCR/TV includes a number of essential features for movie playback, including pause, fast-forward, and rewind; volume and brightness controls; and an onscreen text display. The unit comes with a heavy-duty canvas bag, which includes a useful handle and shoulder strap for easier transport. The VBP1000 comes with all mounting straps, adapters, and cables, and runs on either AC/DC power or a 12-volt car cigarette lighter.

I have 2 of these. I lost one during a move and just had to have it back. I swore my husband threw it out but about 6 months later i found it so am selling one at my yard sale on Sat. This is great for anyone who still has a bunch of old movies on vcr, which i do....so when i go on trips back home and i am the passenger i watch my old movies. The picture quality and sound is great. Just like a portable dvd player except its vcr tapes. When we had a tornado recently and were without power for 5 days, we set this on top of my car and had a matinee.(hope i spelt that right)So for anyone who still have a bunch of old movies from the 80's, don't throw them away.....movies on vcr are still good movies. The only bad thing about this is you can only use it in a vehicle but I will always own one
