It's compact enough for you to comfortably take it anywhere you travel, and it can be used in vehicles and hotels. The VBP800 can also be connected to another monitor in the vehicle or to a TV when off the road. It comes with a carrying bag as well as an in-car mounting bag.

The VBP800 features a folding 8-inch LCD screen with 720 x 480-pixel resolution, dual stereo speakers (2 watts each), 2 headphone jacks, and a composite A/V input (for connecting a game system) and output. The DVD player is compatible with CD-R/RW discs as well as MP3 digital audio and JPEG image files. It comes with a rechargeable NiMH battery, and it can also be powered by a cigarette lighter adapter in the car or an AC adapter when indoors. The cigarette lighter power adapter also has a built-in wireless FM modulator, enabling you to transmit the audio from your DVD player to your vehicle radio.
