12.1-Inch Full-Color Monitor
Enjoy widescreen video in 16:9 or 4:3 aspect ratios on the VOD100's full-color active matrix LCD. A crisp 1280 x 800 resolution and sharp contrast means your video will look fantastic.

DVD Player
The VOD128A features an integrated side-loading DVD player for enjoying your favorite movies.

The player boasts a multi-lingual on-screen display for control of picture quality, functions, etc. and standard DVD features like Last Position Memory are included.

You can also play back your favorite CDs, or even MP3 data CDs chock full of your favorite tunes.

USB/SD Card Inputs
Throw your favorite MP3s on a USB device or SD Card for enjoyment in your vehicle.

A/V Inputs
Two audio/video source inputs (VIDEO 1, VIDEO 2) and a rear "smart port" (VIDEO 3) are included for attaching external devices like video game systems, video cameras, and more.

Or use the auxiliary input to connect external audio devices like MP3 players.

An A/V output is also included for system expansion, if you'd like to add an additional monitor.

Wireless Headphones
The VOD128A includes a built-in infrared transmitter for use with the two supplied wireless headphones. The headphone volume is adjusted independently, using the controls on each headset.

Any number of wireless headphones may be used but they must be used within a line of sight from the transmitter, as infrared transmissions, like visible light travel only in a straight line.

If you've got a pair of standard, wired headphones you'd like to use, just plug them into the side headphone output.

Wireless Video Game Entertainment
Two wireless video game controllers are included, along with 30 preloaded video games.

Wireless Remote
A full-function wireless remote is also included for easy control of your device without reaching for the roof. Backlit controls make use in the dark a snap.

Dome Lights
The VOD128A features dome lights with a built-in three-way switch for interior lighting.

It features a 12.1-inch full color screen with a 16:9 aspect ratio, perfect for watching movies that are in the widescreen format. The side-load slot DVD player makes it easy to load and eject DVDs without the hassle of moving parts. The VOD128A offers more to do than watch movies; it includes a wireless game controller with over 30 games. Use the remote control to easily adjust settings without having to reach for the buttons on the player. The video monitor has a USB port, SD card slot, and video iPod capabilities. Previously I had an Advent DVD in a 2003 Toyota Sequoia. I bought the vehicle new & never had a problem with the player in any way. It is still working perfectly now according to the new owners & have never had any issues. I purchased a 2008 Toyota Sequoia & was persuaded that this Audiovox 12.1" was the very best available. They installed it in March 2009 it didn't make it thru the year before it quit. They replaced it & claimed it was just a fluke. This time we made it almost a year before it crapped out AGAIN. This time we were preparing for vacation & wanted it operational for the long drive. Audiovox promised to repair it & have it back to me which they did or at least I thought. We began our road trip & it didn't make it thru the very first movie before it broke again. (so I had 2 very disappointed kids) Now my thoughts are replace it. The shop called Audiovox with me witnessing the call & they tried to claim that it was the shops fault that it was installed incorrectly. So now in the last 2 months & a 1500 mile road trip I have been without a DVD player because of a faulty product & I still don't have one that is functioning yet. I'm very disappointed in Audiovox & will NOT EVER purchase a product of theirs again.It cost more than the Advent & has proven not nearly as good a product. Yes the larger screen is great if it works. But with Audiovox that is an HUGE IF!!

We have been using the Audiovox 128A for a month now and couldn't be happier with it. The picture and sound are great and the controls are easy to access and use. I have a Ford Freestyle and the screen size is just about the right size for this vehicle. The bulit in FM modulaor is great and it is easy to find a new station if the one you selected has static. Being able to choose between 16 stations is nice. My last system let me choose betwen 3 stations. I installed this myself and it was not too difficult. However, I am familier with auto electrical systems, so if you are not, I would recommend a professional do it for you.

I purchased the JMV12 about 2 years ago and it is broken already. The pictue quality, while it lasted, was very good, but what is the use if it doesn't last. Although 2 years old, the tv/dvd had very few actual viewing hours on it and it isn't a cheap unit. I'm very disappointed!
