I bought this after purchasing Extra- Virgin Olive Oil (Lemon Flavored) from this company and was very satisfied with the quality of it. That was on sale 3 liters/$19.01 but would not pay the $30+ the flavored oils are usually priced at. The Garlic/Canola oil is very useful for sauteeing onions,peppers etc. for soup and stew bases without chopping garlic. Good for quick stir-fries and roasting vegetables. The oil is not 'heavy' and the garlic has a genuine flavor and is not over-bearing unlike other food products that are 'garlic-flavored' and have an odd taste. It does contain 1 saturated fat gram which surprised me. I wouldn't use it for a salad oil or dressing base. Overall, it's a good product & will purchase it again if the price doesn't soar.

I tried the Garlic flavored oil for the first time a couple of months ago and now I reordered a second time....this oil is the only oil we use and it's a great price.

I love the flavor of garlic so this oil is terrific. I use it for everything when I cook.

We were not impressed with this garlic oil. It needs more flavor. We really like Tuscan Sun garlic oil but can't find it so we purchased this hoping it was similar, very disappointing.

Do not deep fry with this product in your house. You will be sorry. Your house will smell like garlic for weeks. They put too much garlic "perfume" in this product. The smell will permeate walls, under doors, etc. Even deep frying in the garage is not safe, because the awful smell will go through the cracks in the door and before you know it your entire house will smell like hell.
