A beautiful piece, marred by the shipping,

I bought this for my girlfriend for Christmas, and while it's a lovely piece of jewelry, truly beautiful, it was packed shoddily, just haphazardly thrown in the package, and as a result, the very slim chain was completely tangled in a tight, implacable knot that took us hours to untangle, and which we were never fully able to straighten, leaving the chain a little shorter than it was meant to be and forcing my girlfriend to wear her hair down to cover the knot. A little more care in the packaging and this would have been perfect.
