They advertise the necklace as being appraised, however, in a response to the complaint I sent the company replied:
"Please understand that original appraisals from certified appraisers cost between $120 to $150 each in nationwide market. Thus we are not able to send the original appraisals along the order. The copy of the appraisal is for reference purposes only."
Obviously each individual necklace is not appraised, and the company sends a copy of an appraisal for a similar necklace. The appraisal itself refers to a particular necklace, not a group of necklaces. There is no guarantee that the necklace you receive has actually been appraised at all.
The reason I am writing this is because I received a horrible quality necklace with many pits and a very dull luster. It is frustrating to me that the company thinks it is okay to present something as being actually appraised when it in fact has not been.
