Artists include Alasdair Fraser, The Cast (Mairi Campbell and Dave Francis), Skyedance, Bachue, Paul Machlis, Tony McManus, and Chantan.

Auld Lang Syne is my favorite song on this cd, but all the music is terrific. I heard this version of Auld Lang Syne (the nicest version in my opinion) on the movie Sex and the City. I looked it up on the movie soundtrack and wanted to know who sang it, and after some research found this cd with the exact recording in the film. I bought the whole cd for the one song, but the entire album is wonderful Scottish songs. A very enjoyable purchase, with beautiful singing.

I have owned this CD for over 8 years and I play it constantly as my morning mood uplifter. It is one of the most beautiful CD's I own...I absolutely love Alaisdair and Chantan and the Cast and wish I could find MORE of their music.
